The Charley
Located on Soldiers Field Road amid ongoing construction and competing multi-family developments, The Charley needed a distinctive voice. Berkeley Investments envisioned a sophisticated riverside residence that stood apart from cookie-cutter apartments. Designed for discerning residents who value style, character, and perspective, The Charley embraces its unique exterior architecture, modern design, thoughtful details, and connection to the Charles River. Colossus delivered a brand identity as distinctive as the building itself—bespoke typography, a deep, moody palette, and a hand-drawn bird logo inspired by native species.
